WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We want to ensure our customers have a seamless and easy shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards.
  • Shopify Payments.
  • Amazon Pay. Please read their Privacy Policy.
  • Paypal Express Checkout. Please note you will be taken to the Paypal website to process your payment. 
  • Venmo. Only on mobile if user has app installed on phone.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

If for some reason the items you receive fall short of your expectations, please contact us directly to contactus@sweetllamita.com so we can make it right.

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Though it is rare, if your package has been lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement, or issue you a refund. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY ORDER STATUS?

There are multiple ways you can track your order.

  1. Shipment Confirmation Email: Once your order has shipped you should have received a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
  2. Sweet Llamita Customer Account: If you created an account during checkout, you can view your order status and previous orders in your account portal. You can login here.
  3. Contact Us: You can email us at contactus@sweetllamita.com with your order number and we're happy to check for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Our current processing time (shipping excluded) is 1-3 business days on all regular orders. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. Please reference our Shipping Policy below if you want your order to be expedited.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

U.S. Orders

Standard Shipping included with every order is USPS First Class postage. First Class parcels within the continental U.S. typically arrive at their destination within 2 - 7 business days of being shipped depending on location, though most arrive between 3 - 5 days. Please keep in mind potential delays if you're located in areas experiencing storms (snow, rain, etc.) as this may delay your order.

Priority Shipping (an optional upgrade) ensures that your order will be processed by the next business day, and will arrive within 4-5 business days.

Express Shipping (an optional upgrade) ensures that your order will be processed by the next business day (same-day if possible), and will arrive within 1-2 business days.

International Orders

At the moment we do not ship to other countries.

While we will do everything within our power to meet your timing, we do count on customers reviewing our shipping policies before purchasing to confirm that they have selected the appropriate shipping method that will ensure that their package arrives on time. 

Please note, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED 'DELIVERED' BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT?

We kindly ask that you first double check with your neighbors or your building's front office first to see if they have your package. Otherwise, feel free to email us at contactus@sweetllamita.com and provide your order number. 

If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, we kindly ask that you report it to us within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

Please note, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
